Mayanthi Wickremetilleke

Mayanthi Wickremetilleke serves as the Global Crisis Manager at The HEINEKEN Company since December 2022, focusing on global crisis preparedness, reputation management, and governance. Prior to this role, Mayanthi was the Director of Corporate Affairs at HEINEKEN LANKA LTD from September 2020 to November 2022, managing corporate affairs strategy, government relations, and sustainability initiatives. Mayanthi’s extensive experience at Unilever spanned over 13 years, where roles included Country Lead for Corporate Communications & Sustainable Business, and Manager for Corporate Communications, developing communication strategies aligned with business goals. Early career experience includes client service at TBWA/TAL - Sri Lanka. Mayanthi holds a degree in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge and a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
