Nkechi Runsewe

Nkechi Runsewe currently serves as the Head of Global Talent Management at The HEINEKEN Company, where responsibilities include shaping the organization's talent, succession, and performance management agenda to enhance business performance. Previously, Nkechi held the position of Regional Talent & Leadership Development Lead for the AMEE region, driving global talent initiatives in areas such as learning and development, diversity, equity, and culture. Prior experience includes roles at Diageo as Global Talent Manager and Head of Talent Engagement in Nigeria, and leadership positions at FBNQuest and MultiChoice Group, focusing on talent management and organizational development. Nkechi began a career at Accenture as a Business Consultant and holds a B.Sc in Banking and Finance from the University of Benin.
