Adelin Cerghizan

Adelin Cerghizan is an experienced project portfolio and packaging manager currently at The HEINEKEN Company since March 2022, responsible for overseeing production processes, quality assurance, maintenance, and personnel management. Prior to this role, Adelin held various positions at Bosch Group Romania from 2013 to 2022, including group leader for packaging and logistics, project manager, and group leader for the tool shop, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities. Adelin's career began at SC Electromures S.A., where responsibilities included coordinating design teams and manufacturing tools for the Italian market.
