Alena Lebedeva

Alena Lebedeva (Kopteva) currently serves as HR Data Lead at The HEINEKEN Company since July 2023, after previously holding the position of HR Operation Manager at the same company from August 2017 to April 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of HR & Payroll at Acsour Accounting Outsourcing, Financial Analyst and Payroll Supervisor at General Motors, and Senior Accountant at National Container Depot LLC. Alena began a career in finance with positions as a Financial Consultant at Freelance.com, Deputy Brand Manager at LLC "Unisod," and Economist-Analyst at LLC "Itcol." Alena holds dual Master's degrees in Economics and Enterprise Management from Saint Petersburg University of Humanities and Social Sciences, and is currently pursuing further education through The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
