Angela Weigend is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and planning within the beverage industry. Currently serving as Senior Global Lead Customer Service at The HEINEKEN Company since March 2016, Angela is responsible for the development and implementation of customer service capabilities across global Heineken Operating Companies. Previously, during tenure from June 2009 to February 2016 at HEINEKEN MÉXICO, Angela held roles including Demand Planning Manager, where accurate demand forecasting for over 30 million hectoliters was a key responsibility, and managed various aspects of packaging and transportation services. Angela holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and completed an exchange program in Business Administration and Management at Nottingham University Business School.
