Ann de Grave

Ann de Grave is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in multinational organizations. Currently serving as Senior VP HR AMEE at HEINEKEN since July 2016, Ann oversees HR operations for a region comprising 15,000 employees across 23+ countries. Prior experience includes positions at Tetra Pak as VP HR for Greater Middle East & Africa, where Ann successfully merged two regions and enhanced HR efficiency. Notably, at Borealis Headquarters, Ann served as Business HR Director, collaborating with the SVP of R&D to create a new global R&D organization. Ann's career began in HR roles at AGFA Europe and included positions at GB (Carrefour) and Outward Bound.
