Annalisa Adamo

Annalisa Adamo currently serves as the Senior HR Business Partner for Supply Chain at The HEINEKEN Company since March 2020, overseeing HR management for approximately 600 employees across four breweries and the headquarters. Responsibilities include driving the HR lifecycle, implementing key HR initiatives, and providing coaching to managers. Prior to this role, Annalisa worked at Heineken Italia Spa from 2008 to March 2020, where roles included HR Business Partner for Customer Service & Logistics and managing various support functions. Earlier experience includes positions as HR Manager for Expo 2015 at Heineken Corporate and Talent Manager, along with prior work as a Recruitment and Training Specialist from 2001 to 2007. Annalisa holds a Master's degree in Selezione, Sviluppo e Formazione from Scuola di specializzazione Il Sole 24 Ore and a Laurea in Giurisprudenza from Università di Catania.
