Anouk Ebbing

Anouk Ebbing is a seasoned finance and customer experience professional currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at The HEINEKEN Company since January 2024. Prior to this role, Anouk held various positions at Vrumona, including Business Control Retail & Marketing from December 2020 to January 2024, and at The HEINEKEN Company in various capacities including Business Controller Out of Home Sales and Finance Management Trainee from November 2014 to December 2020. Anouk's early experience includes a part-time role at CTC Contactlenzen and significant leadership positions in organizations such as RVSV and Stichting Betrokken Student, where financial management and event organization were key responsibilities. Anouk earned a Master's degree in Finance and Investments and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
