Céline Gaffel

Céline Gaffel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engagement management and consulting. Currently serving as the Senior Engagement Manager for the Executive Board at The HEINEKEN Company since March 2022, Gaffel previously worked at Kearney for a decade, where responsibilities included leading large-scale digital transformations and organizational redesigns for major Dutch financial institutions as a Principal. Gaffel's earlier roles included participation in the 2010 De Nationale Denktank, contributing to research on energy transition as a Student Assistant with the Delft Energy Initiative, and undertaking graduate research at TU Delft focused on photo-electrochemical water splitting. Gaffel holds an MSc in Sustainable Energy Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Molecular Science & Technology, both from Delft University of Technology, where leadership skills were also demonstrated as Chairman of the Central Student Council.
