Claudio Caldini is an experienced professional in the brewing and supply chain sectors, currently serving as the Global Brewing Lead at The HEINEKEN Company since March 1995. With a strong background that includes roles such as Brewing and Quality Assurance Manager at Bralima in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Technical Manager at Groupe des Brasseries du Maroc, Claudio has demonstrated expertise in managing brewing and quality departments, achieving significant performance improvements and leading new product launches. Previous positions include Purchasing Manager for Raw & Production Materials at Heineken Italia and Production, Quality and Maintenance Manager at Grande Brasserie de Nouvelle Caledonie. Claudio holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from Università degli Studi di Milano, a Diploma in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling, and completed executive education at INSEAD.
