Halley Barnes

Halley Barnes is an accomplished communications professional currently serving as the Director of Employee and Distributor Communications at The HEINEKEN Company since August 2022, where a focus on enhancing the reputation of HEINEKEN USA and its iconic brands drives efforts to foster innovation in the beverage industry. Previously, Barnes held key roles at Unilever as the Tea Portfolio Communications Lead and Associate Brand Manager, focusing on impactful storytelling and sustainability initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as an Account Supervisor and Senior Account Executive at Taylor, where Barnes developed comprehensive communication strategies for prominent brands such as Crown Royal and P&G. Education includes a Master of Arts and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Rutgers University, complemented by international study experience in Italy.
