Pinki Fung

Pinki Fung currently serves as the CX Lead for Data Media at The HEINEKEN Company, following a tenure as Senior Program Manager for Global E-Commerce CX at TikTok. An MBA candidate at Hult International Business School from September 2021 to August 2022, Pinki has a diverse background in community management, having worked at WeWork for over five years where responsibilities included launching operations in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Prior experience includes roles at Aconex - Oracle, where project management and client consulting were key functions, and at Apple, where operational leadership and staff training were paramount. Earlier in the career, Pinki began in customer service at the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Hong Kong.
