Shaun Ee

Shaun Ee is currently the Cluster Head of People at The HEINEKEN Company, overseeing the People organizations of Asia Pacific Breweries Singapore and HEINEKEN Myanmar. Since joining HEINEKEN in November 2019, Shaun has led local and regional people transformation programmes aligned with business objectives. With over 20 years of HR experience, Shaun has held leadership roles in notable organizations, including McDonald’s, Kimberly-Clark, and Commonwealth Capital, where they developed and executed comprehensive people strategies. Shaun graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from NUS Business School and completed the HEINEKEN International Management Acceleration Course in 2023. Outside of work, Shaun enjoys family time, soccer, and marathon running.
