Tom Jenkinson is a global Digital Commerce leader currently serving as the Head of Digital Commerce at Heineken since 2024, managing a team of seven. Previously, Tom held several key roles at Unilever, including Global Digital Commerce Strategy & Ops. Lead, where they oversaw four direct reports. Tom’s earlier experience includes consulting roles at GSK and a sales associate position at AnytimeFitness. They earned an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology and hold a First-Class Honours degree in Biological and Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Exeter.
