William Mills

William Mills is an experienced professional in public affairs and advocacy, currently serving as Advocacy Manager within the Global Public Policy team at The HEINEKEN Company since December 2021. Previously, William held various positions at Reform Think Tank, including Senior Responsibility & Policy Manager and Press and Communications Manager, from September 2018 to December 2021. Prior roles include multiple positions at the Portman Group, such as Press and External Affairs Officer, and Public Affairs Assistant from September 2015 to September 2018. Early career experience includes a role as Harm Reduction Volunteer at The Loop Drug and Alcohol Charity. William holds a BA in Criminology from Durham University, obtained between 2012 and 2015.
