Natalia Rolle Phillips MsHRM, SHRM-CP is currently the Director of Human Resources at Heinemann Americas, Inc. Natalia has extensive experience in strategic HR management, workforce planning, training and development, policy formulation, and risk management. Previously, Natalia has worked at Sixt as a People Management Business Partner and at ADP as an HR Generalist III. Natalia also has a background in employee onboarding, benefits management, and HRIS maintenance from their time at Mount Sinai Medical Center and Target. Natalia holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Master of Laws, a Post Graduate Diploma in Bar Professional Training Course, and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management.
