Jacky Chen

Jacky Chen is a PHP web developer with extensive experience in web application maintenance and development. Currently working at Heinenoord Assuradeuren since January 2019, Jacky is responsible for the "Digitale Ordner" application, utilizing open source PHP alongside MS SQL and MySQL. Prior to this, Jacky worked at Ecorys from May 2009 to December 2018, handling technical management of websites and developing the Expert CV Database. Additional experience includes a role at Maandag® where Jacky was seconded to Ecorys and tasked with web solutions, and earlier work at Zero 70 (IT Services) focusing on website maintenance. Jacky holds an education from De Haagse Hogeschool and Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam.
