Winfield Dean-Salyards

Winfield Salyards is a seasoned marketing professional with a diverse background in consulting, customer success, and fundraising. Since July 2019, Winfield has served as a Senior Consultant, Marketing Consultant, and Marketing Coordinator at Heinz Marketing Inc. Previously, Winfield contributed to OfferUp as a Customer Success and Email Specialist, enhancing communication strategies for a large dealer network. In 2018, Winfield worked as an Associate Fundraiser at Katherine Bobman Consulting, leading digital marketing campaigns for various political candidates, significantly improving campaign efficiencies. As the Entrepreneur and Founder of Garden Box Brothers, Winfield developed a business focused on organic gardening solutions. Winfield's leadership roles at Lewis and Clark College included being Vice President of Advertising and a Community Coordinator, where engagement and fundraising strategies were tailored to enhance participation and support for college initiatives. Winfield holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Lewis & Clark College.
