Debbie Rogner

Debbie Rogner serves as the interim Director of Finance at Heinzerling Community, a healthcare facility supporting developmentally disabled and intellectually impaired individuals, since August 2014. Additionally, since January 2005, Debbie has owned a CPA firm providing CFO and controller-for-hire services to businesses lacking full-time financial executives or facing temporary vacancies. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager at Plante & Moran, PLLC from 1986 to 2004, where Debbie specialized in audit and assurance for small to medium-sized businesses, particularly in the healthcare and not-for-profit sectors, and was responsible for the training and development of staff accountants. Debbie holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Toledo.
