Giuseppe Graziani

Giuseppe Graziani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Giuseppe is currently a Cofounder and the Head of Product & Technology at highpitch since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of IT Systems & Integrations at HeiQ starting from March 2021.

From 2019 to 2021, Graziani served as a Software Engineering Team Lead at KYBURZ Switzerland AG, where they managed a team of UX/UI designers, software and backend developers. Giuseppe was responsible for gathering requirements, organizing sprints, and creating a product roadmap. Giuseppe also led the migration of the product to a scalable and cost-effective architecture while introducing agile methodologies and improving development speed.

Before that, Graziani worked at Indy starting in 2016. Giuseppe initially served as a Lead Data Scientist, supporting the company with reports and enhancing intelligent systems. Giuseppe then transitioned to the role of Lead Product Manager and later Head of Product, where they were involved in strategic and operational management, product research, project management, and team hiring and coaching. Giuseppe also redesigned the tispr website and web app, as well as the tispr mobile application.

Graziani also has experience as a Freelancer, working as a Developer for a short period in 2018. Prior to that, they held teaching assistant roles at the University of Zurich and ETH Zurich, where they assisted with courses related to mathematics and science. Additionally, they had leadership roles in the Swiss Army, serving as a First Lieutenant and platoon leader.

Giuseppe Graziani began their education in 2009 at the University of Zurich, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Neuroinformatics. Giuseppe completed this program in 2015. Following this, they continued their education at the University of Zurich and obtained a Master's degree in Mathematics in 2017. In addition to their formal education, Giuseppe Graziani also obtained certifications in various fields. In 2016, they completed "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" course offered by Coursera. In 2017, they obtained certifications in "Building a Data Science Team" and "Functional Programming Principles in Scala" from Coursera as well.
