Jayne Droese

Jayne Droese has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Jayne began their career at Ferry Plaza Wine Merchants in 2007, where they worked as a Wine Merchant, Server, and Bartender. In this role, they provided exceptional customer service, sold various alcoholic beverages, and trained new employees. After their time at Ferry Plaza Wine Merchants, Jayne became the Owner and Operator of HARROW from 2011 to 2016. Jayne managed all aspects of the business, including operations, HR, and compliance. Jayne then joined Ferry Plaza Wine Merchant again in 2016, this time as the Wine Club/Ecommerce Manager and Content Writer. In this role, they managed a large database of wine club members, implemented strategies for growth and retention, expanded the customer base, and established new shipping and delivery systems. Most recently, Jayne worked as the Sales and Marketing Director at Heirloom Catering Co. starting in 2019.

Jayne Droese attended Willamette University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric & Media Studies.
