Naasan Cox is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the food industry. Currently serving as Sous Chef at Grand Trunk Pub and Owner/Head Chef at Sui Generis Catering LLC, Naasan Cox also holds a position as a Line Cook at Heirloom Hospitality since 2019 and previously worked as a Sous Chef at La Dolce Vita Italian Restaurant. Naasan Cox graduated with a degree in Hospitality Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University, bringing a strong educational foundation to a career characterized by hands-on roles in various dining establishments.
