Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Heirloom

Claire Brundage has worked in the field of mechanical engineering since 2014. Claire began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Vermont, where they worked on a project to develop a device to help Nordic skiers improve their polling technique. In 2016, they became an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania's GRASP ModLab, where they contributed to mechanical design, testing, and manufacturing of robotic systems. In 2018, they were a Vehicle Engineering Intern at SpaceX. In 2019, they were a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Astranis, and in 2020 they were promoted to Mechanical Engineer. Currently, they are a Mechanical Design Engineer at Heirloom.
