Liz Qually

Liz Qually currently serves as the Head of Legal at Heirloom, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Liz was with Bloom Energy from January 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included Associate General Counsel and Senior Director of Legal Operations. Liz's experience encompasses a range of legal roles in finance, including positions at Dandelion as an Advisor in Finance and Operations, Tesla as Managing Counsel for Finance, and SolarCity as Assistant General Counsel for Finance. Earlier legal experience includes a Senior Counsel position at Nixon Peabody LLP, where Liz focused on finance transactions, and an Associate role at Thelen Reid & Priest. Additionally, Liz has a diverse background that includes time as a comedian and a post-production coordinator at Lakeshore Entertainment. Academic qualifications include a BA from UCLA and a JD from The George Washington University Law School.
