Maran Stern-Kubista

Maran Stern-Kubista has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Summer Law Student role at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in 2004. Maran continued with the firm as an Articling Student in 2006, before moving to Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP as a Summer Associate in 2005. In 2008, they were a Manager - Business Affairs at Universal Music Group. From 2010 to 2017, Maran worked at Me to We, where they held the roles of Director, Global Trip Operations, Director, Corporate and Family Engagement, and Director, Leadership. In 2017, they founded My Kindness Calendar, a Canadian company creating premium-quality products that empower kids through kindness. In 2021, Maran joined Haloo as VP of Sales and Director of Business Development & Enterprise Sales.

Maran Stern-Kubista obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School between 2003 and 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Music in Performance with Honours from the University of Toronto between 1998 and 2002, with a focus on Classical Voice.
