Ivy Ikpeme-Mbakwem, CITSM, currently serves as Vice President of i-Academy at Heirs Technologies, where responsibilities include developing training programs in collaboration with CompTIA and other organizations, as well as creating a free hybrid learning model for 50 candidates. Prior experience includes being the Director of Programmes at Africa Prudential Plc, where Ivy successfully launched an educational product that attracted over 5,700 applications in three weeks and managed a training budget efficiently. Ivy's career history encompasses leadership roles in customer experience management, where key achievements include significantly reducing customer churn and establishing contact center operations across multiple African nations. Ivy holds a BSc in Business Management and a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Calabar, alongside further education from Lagos Business School.
