The Service and Operations Team at Heiser Automotive Group ensures the smooth functioning of all vehicle maintenance and repair activities. Comprising skilled Technicians, Service Managers, and Parts Service and Body Shop Accounting Managers, they oversee vehicle servicing, manage parts inventory, and handle customer service. The team also includes a Variable Operation Director and a Used Car Director who focus on optimizing operations and managing pre-owned vehicle sales.
