Steffen Rückl

Steffen Rückl has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Steffen started their career as an Elektroinstallateur at Elektromeister Beisig in 2006 and worked there until 2011. From 2004 to 2008, they gained expertise as an Elektroniker Fachrichtung Gebäude- und Infrastruktur at Albrecht Dürer Airport Nürnberg, where they were involved in a wide range of tasks related to electronic systems. Steffen then worked as a Nachrichtentechniker/Sachbearbeiter from 2008 to 2011 and as a Technischer Einkäufer from 2011 to 2012 at the same company. In 2012, Rückl joined Schneider Electric as a Projektingenieur until 2015. Steffen then moved on to HEITEC AG, where they worked as a Projektmanager from 2015 to 2019. At Albrecht Dürer Airport Nürnberg, they served as a Zentraleinkauf Technik, IT & Fuhrpark from 2019 to 2021 and as an Interner Auditor Energiemanagement from 2020 to 2021. Rückl also had a brief stint as CEO of SR Energieberatung und Auditierung from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Internal Sales/Deputy Director Sales & Marketing at HEITEC AG, starting in 2023.

Steffen Rückl has a diverse education history. From 2005 to 2009, they attended Technikerschule Erlangen, where they obtained a degree in Elektrotechnik, Energie u. Antriebstechnik as a state-certified engineer. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Geprüfter Technischer Betriebswirt IHK (Master of Technical Management CCI) degree in Betriebswirtschaft at IFM - Institut für Managementlehre gGmbH. Additionally, they attended Fernschule Weber from 2009 to 2010 to study Linux Administration LPI. Most recently, in 2021, they completed three programs at TÜV Rheinland, becoming an Energieauditor (TÜV), Energiemanager (TÜV), and Energiemanagementbeauftragter (TÜV) in the field of Energiewirtschaft.
