Michael Walzer

Michael Walzer has held various tax-related roles throughout their work experience. Michael started their career as a Senior Tax Consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in 2001. Michael then worked as a Tax Manager at Ernst & Young from an unspecified date until 2007. Michael joined KPMG Deutschland in 2007 as a Tax Senior Manager. From 2010 to 2017, they served as the Head of Tax Europe at Dura Automotive. Most recently, they worked as the Director Group Taxes & Accounting at Heitkamp & Thumann Group starting in September 2017.

Michael Walzer attended Fachhochschule für Finanzen from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Diplom-Finanzwirt (FH) degree in the field of study Steuern (Tax). Michael also studied Law at the University of Düsseldorf, although the specific dates and degree earned are unknown.
