Christopher Manske, CFA has over a decade of experience in the real estate investment industry. Christopher began their career as a Research Analyst at Brennan Investment Group LLC, where they gained experience in underwriting and canvassing potential opportunities in the Chicago industrial market. Christopher then interned as a Portfolio Management Intern at Tishman Speyer, where they performed valuations and analyzed investment opportunities in the DC/Maryland/Virginia submarkets. Manske later joined Ketone Partners as a Consultant, where they identified potential investments in the Chicago MSA and delivered detailed research studies and recommendations. Currently, Manske serves as a Vice President at Heitman, holding various roles including Assistant Vice President - Acquisitions and Senior Associate - Acquisitions. In these roles, they underwrite domestic real estate opportunities, focusing on multifamily, office, retail, and storage products. Manske is proficient in Argus and Excel modeling and has expertise in complex JV investment strategies.

Christopher Manske, CFA obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In August 2017, they also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
