Ian Ludwig has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Ian started their career as a Legal Assistant at Aronson and Associates from 2007 to 2010. Ian then worked as a Research Assistant at Great Cities Institute, University of Ill Chicago from 2010 to 2012. Ian then joined Integra Realty Resources as a Senior Analyst/Appraiser from 2012 to 2016. Ian later joined Heitman as a Senior Associate in Investment Research from 2016 to 2018 and then promoted to Assistant Vice President in the same department until 2020. At Heitman, Ian was responsible for underwriting potential acquisitions and preparing reports on property and capital markets. Ian also oversaw the asset management of self storage, medical office, and apartment properties, monitoring compliance and making strategic decisions.

Ian Ludwig completed their Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Religion at Northwestern University from 2000 to 2004. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Policy at the University of Illinois Chicago.
