Max Lack

Max Lack is an experienced legal and business professional, currently serving as Head of Sales at Heka Global from October 2023 to January 2025, after previously holding the position of Business Development Manager. Prior experience includes a six-year tenure at Slaughter and May as an Associate in the corporate/M&A department, focusing on various sectors including financial services, fintech, and private equity, as well as serving as a Trainee in multiple practice areas. Notably, Max worked as a Constitutional Court Clerk for Justice Nkabinde, conducting legal research on significant cases related to governance and civil rights. Earlier experience includes a pre-law summer internship at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Academic qualifications include a Senior Status BA in Law and a BA in History from the University of Oxford.
