Huy Pham

Huy Pham is the current Head of AI R&D at Hekate. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager at GMO-Z.com ACE from May 2014 to November 2016. In this role, they were responsible for determining and defining project scope and objectives, as well as predicting resources needed to reach objectives and managing resources in an effective and efficient manner. Huy also prepared budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements, and tracked project costs in order to meet budget. Additionally, they developed and managed a detailed project schedule and work plan, provided project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress, and managed contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. Pham utilized industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution, monitored progress and made adjustments as needed, and measured project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Huy Pham earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Danang University of Science and Education.
