Nway

Nway (Hsu Mon Htet) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and product development, currently serving as a Portfolio Manager for HEKS/EPER, where innovative solutions are implemented to enhance food security and support smallholder farmers in Myanmar. Prior to this role, Nway worked at Proximity Designs as a Product Manager and Operations Associate, leading project teams and significantly expanding the agronomist workforce while managing training initiatives. Nway began the career as a CEO Secretary at Fortune International Ltd., providing essential administrative support. Academic qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration and Management from University College Dublin, a Foundation degree from Curtin University Malaysia, a Diploma in Management Accounting, and a Diploma in IT.
