Louise Madden

Louise Madden has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Louise is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at H.E.L Group since March 2019. Prior to this, Louise worked at Applied Photophysics Ltd, where they held the positions of Chief Executive Officer from September 2016 to December 2018, Chief Operating Officer from July 2015 to August 2016, and Commercial Director from March 2014 to June 2015. Before joining Applied Photophysics Ltd, they worked at Biolin Scientific AB as the Global Service Manager from June 2012 to February 2014. Prior to that, Louise served as the Finance Director at Farfield Group from January 2005 to June 2012. Louise began their career at KPMG UK, where they worked as a Departmental Senior Manager - Assurance from September 1993 to December 2004.

Louise Madden attended The University of Manchester from 1989 to 1993, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons degree in Law and Accountancy.
