Flemming V. Dönges

Flemming V. Dönges is the Head of Corporate Finance & Insolvency Law at one of Germany's largest banks, bringing over ten years of experience in both domestic and international restructurings and insolvencies. They have worked extensively with small, medium, and large enterprises, including real estate companies, and have participated in creditor committees. Flemming holds a Doctorate in Law from Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg and has completed specialized training in insolvency law. Prior to their current role, they served as Associate Director and Director at Helaba, focusing on corporate finance and insolvency law.
