Martin Busch

Martin Busch has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Recruiter at Helaba since November 1999. In this role, Martin provides comprehensive consulting to executives and has previously worked as a Personalreferent, where responsibilities included advising and supporting leaders and employees at all levels on operational personnel matters, managing the complete recruitment process, and facilitating individual personnel measures and reorganizations. Prior to Helaba, Martin held the position of Personalberater at PDM for a brief period, and earlier in his career, worked as a Bankkaufmann at Volksbank Mittelhessen eG. Martin holds a degree in Business Administration from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, earned between 1994 and 1999.
