Lucia Rodriguez Barreiro is an experienced professional in the food technology sector with a robust background in research and development and quality assurance. Currently serving as an R&D and Quality Technician at Helados Estiu since April 2023, Lucia is responsible for managing client relations in the EU and the UK, focusing on both plant-based and dairy products. Previously, Lucia held positions at Apeel, overseeing quality and process control, and as R&D Technical Manager at Ice Cream Factory Comaker, where responsibilities included client management in the UK and Spain. Additional experience includes laboratory analysis at Seeka Limited and product engineering at Edelflex. Lucia has also contributed to sports as a hockey coach and academia as a teaching assistant in physics at the University of Buenos Aires.
