Ann Lammens

Ann Lammens is an experienced professional currently serving as the Service Center Manager at Helan. Helemaal welzijn. Since October 2023, Ann brings extensive experience from BD, where roles included Associate Director of CX and Supply Chain Excellence for EMEA, Senior Manager in Order Fulfillment and Order Management, Customer Service Manager, and Customer Service Team Leader. Ann's expertise encompasses the establishment of innovative supply chain models, transformation of order fulfillment operations, and development of customer-centric service strategies. Prior to corporate roles, Ann worked as a Science Teacher at High Schools East-Flanders. Ann holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, a Master's degree in Biotechnology, and a Post-Master Teacher Training Certificate from Ghent University.
