Bart Haeve has extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as Program Manager at Helan. Helemaal welzijn since January 2020, focusing on Employee Experience initiatives. Previously, Bart held multiple managerial roles at Santander Consumer Finance Benelux B.V. from July 2008 to October 2019, leading change management projects and overseeing the transformation of the company's ICT landscape. Earlier experience includes project management roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, where responsibilities spanned consumer finance projects across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. Bart Haeve holds a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences from Ghent University, complemented by further education in Digital Transformation from The Valley Business & Tech School.
