Bader Younes - Akel

Bader Younes - Akel has extensive experience in operations and business development, currently serving as Chief Operations Officer and Business Development Department Team Manager at Helen Doron Educational Group since April 2010. In this role, Bader oversees customer interaction, collaborates with Account Managers to drive business development, and facilitates the transition from customer needs analysis to solution delivery. Prior to this, Bader worked as Professional Manager for the Brightmark Project at Tikshoov, managing a multilingual contact center of up to 70 agents. Bader began a professional career as a Research Assistant at the University of Balamand.
