Ian Lord Blair of Boughton

Ian, Lord Blair of Boughton is a cross bench peer, who has been the Chair of the Thames Valley Partnership and Chair of the Woolf Institute for the study of relations between Jews, Christians and Muslims. He has also been a Trustee of Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. Before his elevation to the House of Lords in 2010, Ian was the Metropolitan Police Commissioner from 2005 until 2008. He has had an interest in the hospice movement for several years.

Ian joined the Board of Trustees in 2018.
