Jo Wilson

Jo Wilson is currently the Family and Bereavement Support Team Leader at Helen & Douglas House since November 2022. Prior to this role, Jo served as an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Bath since November 2018 and as the Macmillan Consultant Nurse Palliative Care at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust from October 2015 to November 2022. With a strong background in palliative care, Jo has also held positions as a Consultant Nurse at Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Team Leader and Clinical Nurse Specialist at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. Jo holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Bath, a BA in Palliative Care Nursing from Oxford Brookes University, and a BS in Physiology from King's College, among other qualifications.
