Allison Sassa has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Allison began their career at Lacoste as a Director of Sales, overseeing the profitability of an $80 million business. Allison worked directly with the merchandising team to determine accurate forecasts. After that, they served as a North East Sales Representative, managing a $3.2 million territory of specialty store accounts and prospecting for new retailers. Allison also managed travel retail accounts to ensure compliance with company standards and profitability. Later, Allison joined Vilebrequin as the Director of Wholesale - Americas, where they managed wholesale accounts including department stores, hotels, specialty stores, and US franchisees. Allison supervised and managed account executives, forecasted and managed the department budget, and controlled the order process. Currently, they hold the role of Director Of Sales, The Americas at Helen Kaminski, where they are responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth in the Americas.
