Philomena O. Orji

Philomena Orji is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and leadership in the field of nutrition and health. Serving as Program Director for the "Transforming Lives Through Nutrition" initiative at Helen Keller Intl since April 2016, Philomena is responsible for managing an integrated nutrition program across multiple countries in Africa and Asia. Previously, Philomena held roles including Country Director and Chief of Party at Helen Keller, overseeing program implementation, securing funding, and ensuring project performance. With a background that includes positions such as Deputy Director and Associate Director at Management Sciences for Health, as well as a Central Pharmacy Advisor at Columbia University, Philomena has developed comprehensive skills in financial management and strategic planning. Philomena's academic qualifications include a Master's in Advanced Studies in International Health and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Benin.
