Volkan Cakir

Volkan Cakir possesses over 15 years of expertise in health sector reform, decentralization, sustainability, strategic planning, and health systems strengthening. Currently serving as Regional Director for Eastern, Central, and Southern Africa at Helen Keller International since August 2017, Volkan Cakir previously held a consultancy position in mid-2017 and served as Senior Business Developer at RTI International from February 2008 to June 2017. With a strong background in managing large and complex public health programs and fostering effective partnerships, Volkan Cakir is equipped with a comprehensive understanding of management information systems and supply chain operations. Volkan Cakir is an alumnus of Middle East Technical University.
