HRBP Africa at Helen Keller Intl

Isatu Niang, MBA, CHRBP, currently serves as HRBP Africa at Helen Keller International since August 2023. Previously, Isatu held the position of Regional HR Manager at RTI International from April 2019 to September 2023 and worked as Regional HR Adviser for the Norwegian Refugee Council from August 2018 to April 2019. Isatu's experience also includes being the Head of People Operations at Dimagi West Africa and serving as Regional HROD Advisor for SOS Children's Villages International from February 2015 to June 2017. Prior to these roles, Isatu was the Human Resources and Purchasing Manager at Total Gambia Limited from May 2009 to February 2016. Isatu holds two MBA degrees in Human Resources Management and Services from Groupe Institut Africain de Management and in Organizational Strategies from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, both attained in 2017.
