Courtenay Boland

Courtenay Boland is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Helen of Troy since January 2024, Courtenay manages projects within the Beauty & Wellness business unit, collaborating with various cross-functional teams. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at Aved Electronics, where Courtenay developed project plans for medical device battery production, and CX Manager at Bose Corporation, focusing on customer satisfaction improvements.
