Henry Kwan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Henry started their career at Media Explorer Limited in 2002 as a Technical Officer before transitioning to the role of Systems Analyst. In 2008, they joined AsiaPay Limited as an IT Project Manager. After three years, they moved to Sa Sa International Holdings Limited, where they held the positions of Senior E-Commerce Manager and later Associate Director of eCommerce. In 2016, Henry joined Helen of Troy as the Director of eCommerce, Asia-Pacific, before being promoted to Senior Director of eCommerce, Asia-Pacific. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Director of Sales, APAC Beauty & Wellness at Helen of Troy.

Henry Kwan pursued their education at the CUHK Business School from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained an Executive MBA with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2002, Henry attended The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering. In addition to these academic achievements, they also hold certifications as a Lifetime member of Beta Gamma Sigma, obtained in 2020, and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2007.
