Richard McDuffie

Richard McDuffie has over 30 years of work experience. Richard started their career as a United States Marine from 1985 to 1989. Richard then worked at The Holmes Group as a Program Manager for new product development from 2002 to 2005. McDuffie later joined Kaz USA, Inc. as a Senior Program Manager for medical device new product development from 2005 to 2007. Richard then became Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Verde Home Products, Inc from 2007 to 2009. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Engineering for Medical Devices at Helen of Troy starting from 2009.

Richard McDuffie earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1991 to 1995. Richard then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration in Business and Finance from Nichols College between 2015 and 2017.
